1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LiveWinz website, platform, games, promotions, products, payment services, and any related content or customer support services made available by LiveWinz. By registering an account, accessing the platform, clicking to accept these Terms and Conditions, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, the Bonus Terms, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the services. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using the platform. 2. Definitions

“Account” means your registered user account with LiveWinz.
“Applicable Law” means all laws, regulations, codes, standards, licence conditions, and regulatory requirements that apply to LiveWinz, the services, and your use of the services, including laws and standards relevant in Canada and the province from which you access the platform.
“Bonus” means any promotional benefit offered by LiveWinz, including deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, tournament prizes, or similar incentives.
“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the jurisdiction relevant to the issue being addressed.
“Deposit” means funds credited by you to your Account using a payment method approved by LiveWinz.
“Inactive Account” means an Account that has not recorded a login, wager, or financial transaction for a continuous period determined by LiveWinz under these Terms or Applicable Law.
“Player” means any individual who opens or uses an Account with LiveWinz.
“Restricted Jurisdiction” means any country, province, territory, or other jurisdiction where access to or use of the services is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful.
“Services” means the LiveWinz website, mobile site, gaming platform, casino games, promotional programs, customer support services, payment features, and related offerings.
“Withdrawal” means a transfer of cleared funds from your Account to a payment method or destination approved by LiveWinz.
3. Eligibility and Legal Use
To use LiveWinz, you must be at least the legal age required to participate in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you access the services. In Canada, gambling is governed through a provincial framework, and legal gambling activity is generally conducted and managed at the provincial level. This means your eligibility may depend not only on your age but also on the province or territory in which you are physically located when accessing the services.
You represent and warrant that:

- You are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or nominee for any third party.
LiveWinz may require proof of age, identity, address, payment ownership, source of funds, or location at any time. If you cannot satisfactorily verify your eligibility, LiveWinz may suspend or close your Account, void wagers to the extent permitted by law, withhold promotions, and/or delay or refuse withdrawals pending completion of verification and compliance checks.
Canadian users must understand that gambling law in Canada is not uniform nationwide. The Criminal Code of Canada permits certain lottery and gaming schemes when conducted and managed under provincial authority, while provincial regulators and Crown corporations oversee lawful offerings in their respective jurisdictions. For example, Ontario has a regulated iGaming market with requirements overseen through iGaming Ontario and standards administered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, while British Columbia’s provincial offering is managed through BCLC. In other provinces and territories, the legal position and market structure may differ. 4. Restricted Persons and Prohibited Use
The following persons are not permitted to use LiveWinz:
- Individuals under the legal gambling age.
- Persons located in Restricted Jurisdictions.
- Persons who are self-excluded or have requested gambling restrictions that would prohibit access.
- Persons using false, misleading, or stolen identity information.
- Persons acting on behalf of third parties.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of LiveWinz, its affiliates, service providers, or licensors, where participation would create a conflict or breach internal policy.
- Any person prohibited by Applicable Law, regulatory requirement, or a directive from a competent authority.
You must not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, collusive, deceptive, or improper purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Chargeback abuse or payment fraud.
- Use of stolen payment instruments.
- Bonus abuse or promotion manipulation.
- Collusion, cheating, use of bots, automated systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical failures.
- Creating multiple Accounts without express permission.
- Knowingly providing inaccurate verification documents or misleading declarations.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its security systems.
If LiveWinz reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may suspend your Account, investigate the matter, cancel related transactions or bonuses, void affected wagers where appropriate, withhold withdrawals while the matter is reviewed, and report the activity to financial institutions, regulators, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities where legally required or permitted.
5. Account Registration and Account Security
You may open only one personal Account unless LiveWinz expressly authorizes otherwise in writing. The Account must be registered in your own legal name and with accurate, complete, and current personal details, including your date of birth, residential address, telephone number, and email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your Account, transfer your Account, allow another person to use your Account, or permit any other person to place wagers or conduct transactions through it. Any action taken through your Account using valid credentials may be treated as authorized by you unless LiveWinz has been notified in advance of a compromise and had a reasonable opportunity to act.
You must notify LiveWinz immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization, your password has been compromised, or your login details have been lost or stolen. LiveWinz may suspend access, require a password reset, or request additional verification to protect your Account.
LiveWinz reserves the right to refuse any registration, decline an application, limit the number of Accounts associated with a device, household, IP address, payment instrument, email address, shared computer environment, or other common account indicators, and to close duplicate or linked Accounts where necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, or platform integrity.
6. Verification, KYC, and Identity Checks
LiveWinz operates a Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and account verification process. You agree that LiveWinz may request documentation and information before or after registration, before a first deposit, before a first withdrawal, upon unusual account activity, upon reaching cumulative transaction thresholds, or at any other time required for compliance, fraud prevention, or player protection.
Verification documents may include, without limitation:
- Government-issued photo identification.
- Proof of residential address.
- Proof of ownership of a payment method.
- Selfie or liveness verification.
- Bank, card, e-wallet, or transaction records.
- Information relating to occupation, income, wealth, or source of funds.
LiveWinz may use third-party verification providers, electronic databases, fraud tools, sanctions screening, politically exposed person screening, geolocation tools, and device intelligence systems. By using the services, you authorize such checks to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
If requested documents are not provided in a timely manner, or if LiveWinz is unable to verify your information to its satisfaction, your Account may be restricted, deposits may be blocked, bonuses may be removed, withdrawals may be delayed, and the Account may be suspended or closed.
7. Deposits, Currency, and Payment Methods
LiveWinz may offer Accounts in Canadian dollars (CAD/CA$) and may display balances, deposits, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals in CAD where available. For Canadian players, trusted local payment methods may include Interac e-Transfer, Interac Online, iDebit, InstaDebit, Visa, Mastercard, and certain approved cryptocurrency solutions, subject to availability, payment processor support, verification status, and Applicable Law.
You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorized to use. LiveWinz may reject, reverse, or hold a deposit where the payment method is not in your name, where verification is incomplete, where fraud or AML concerns arise, or where a payment processor declines the transaction.
LiveWinz is not a bank. Funds held in your Account do not constitute a bank deposit, are not insured, and do not earn interest unless expressly stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to ensure that deposited funds are available, lawfully sourced, and not subject to any third-party rights, reversals, or restrictions.
Where a deposit is made in a currency other than your Account currency, currency conversion rates and payment provider fees may apply. LiveWinz is not responsible for exchange rate losses, bank charges, card issuer cash advance fees, or intermediary charges applied by your payment provider.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, game rules, bonus conditions, payment method availability, internal fraud checks, AML review, and any applicable transaction limits. LiveWinz may require you to withdraw to the same payment method used for deposit where this is legally or operationally required, and may use an alternative verified method if necessary.
LiveWinz may delay or refuse a withdrawal where:
- Your identity or payment method has not been fully verified.
- Bonus terms have not been satisfied.
- There is reason to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback risk, or other prohibited conduct.
- Technical, banking, legal, or compliance issues prevent processing.
- A chargeback, reversal, dispute, or payment hold is pending.
- Required documents or source-of-funds information remain outstanding.
If an Account is under investigation, LiveWinz may place a temporary hold on withdrawals until the matter is resolved. Where an investigation confirms no breach, withdrawals of cleared and lawful balances will be processed in accordance with these Terms and internal procedures.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your withdrawal details are correct. LiveWinz is not liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate banking or payment details provided by you.
9. Wagers, Game Rules, and Settlement
All wagers are final once accepted by the platform, except where cancellation is required by law, permitted under a game’s published rules, or caused by a manifest technical error. By placing a wager, you confirm that the stake, game, and conditions selected are correct.
Each game may have its own specific rules, including minimum and maximum stakes, payout structures, return-to-player disclosures, feature restrictions, and settlement logic. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail for that particular game, except where Applicable Law requires otherwise.
LiveWinz reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, payout, settlement, or system errors. If a game round, bet, payout, bonus, or account balance is affected by a malfunction, disconnection, software bug, human error, or other technical problem, LiveWinz may declare the affected result void, reverse erroneous transactions, and restore the Account to the position that would reasonably have existed had the error not occurred.
Your game history, transaction logs, server records, audit logs, and system records maintained by LiveWinz or its technology providers shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the primary evidence of account activity, wagers, and settlement.
10. Bonuses and Promotions
LiveWinz may offer welcome bonuses, match bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, loyalty incentives, reload offers, or other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are discretionary, may be targeted or limited to particular markets, and are always subject to these Terms and any promotion-specific rules.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, standard bonus principles may include:

- Deposit thresholds and qualifying payment methods.

LiveWinz is entitled to take reasonable steps to enforce exclusions, but you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent any restriction.
12. Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds
LiveWinz maintains anti-money laundering (“AML”), counter-terrorist financing, and fraud prevention measures. You agree that the services may not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, receiving the proceeds of crime, structuring transactions, or any other unlawful financial activity.
LiveWinz may monitor account activity and transactions for unusual patterns, inconsistencies, or red flags. This includes review of deposit velocity, withdrawal behaviour, linked Accounts, device and IP data, payment activity, gameplay irregularities, geolocation indicators, and source-of-funds information.
You may be required to provide additional information and documentation regarding:
- The origin of deposited funds.
- The source of wealth.
- Employment or business activity.
- Banking or wallet ownership.
- The purpose of transactions.
- Relationships to other Accounts or beneficiaries.
LiveWinz may suspend transactions, freeze or restrict an Account, decline deposits, delay withdrawals, or close an Account while conducting AML or fraud reviews. Where required by Applicable Law, LiveWinz may retain records and report suspicious or reportable transactions to competent authorities, financial intelligence units, payment institutions, or regulators without notifying you in advance.
You acknowledge that Canadian AML obligations may involve reporting and recordkeeping standards relating to large cash transactions, virtual currency transactions, electronic funds transfers, and suspicious transaction monitoring, and that compliance steps may be taken even where this causes inconvenience or delay.
13. Privacy and Data Use
By using LiveWinz, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected, used, stored, transferred, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. This may include data needed for account administration, payments, responsible gambling, fraud prevention, AML screening, regulatory reporting, customer support, analytics, and security.
Personal data may include identification details, contact details, account activity, financial information, device data, geolocation data, communications, and verification records. 14. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the LiveWinz brand, platform, website design, logos, software, content, graphics, text, databases, audio, video, game integrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to LiveWinz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or otherwise exploit any part of the services except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
15. Account Suspension, Closure, and Inactive Accounts
You may request closure of your Account by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing an Account, LiveWinz may require verification and completion of any pending checks, settlement of open matters, and resolution of chargebacks, disputes, or investigations.
LiveWinz may suspend, limit, or close your Account immediately, with or without prior notice, where:
- You breach these Terms.
- Verification remains incomplete or unsatisfactory.
- LiveWinz suspects fraud, AML risk, bonus abuse, collusion, or unlawful activity.
- LiveWinz is required to do so by law, a regulator, a payment provider, or another competent authority.
- The services are withdrawn from your jurisdiction.
- Continued operation of the Account would expose LiveWinz to legal, regulatory, or commercial risk.
If an Account becomes inactive for an extended period, LiveWinz may apply reasonable administrative procedures, including contact attempts, verification refresh requirements, or account dormancy measures, subject to Applicable Law. Any fees or forfeiture rules, if applicable, must be clearly disclosed and shall not override mandatory consumer protection rights.
16. Errors, Interruptions, and Technical Issues
LiveWinz does not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, software issues, connectivity failures, cyber incidents, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, or communications.
If the platform experiences a technical malfunction, all affected gameplay, winnings, bonuses, and transactions may be reviewed and corrected as necessary. Malfunctions void all pays and plays to the extent legally permitted. LiveWinz may temporarily suspend access to the services to carry out repairs, maintenance, upgrades, or security measures.
You are responsible for having suitable internet access, compatible devices, and secure software environments when using the services.
17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

LiveWinz will review complaints in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable time. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information while a complaint or dispute is investigated.
Where a dispute relates to game results, bonus eligibility, verification, account restrictions, payments, or other service matters, LiveWinz may rely on account records, game logs, audit trails, system records, and communications history as evidence. If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated internally for further review.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from pursuing rights or remedies available under Applicable Law. Where local law or regulatory arrangements require disputes to be handled or escalated in a particular way, those requirements will apply. Players located in regulated Canadian provinces may also have access to province-specific consumer or gambling complaint channels depending on the applicable legal framework.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveWinz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Subject to mandatory law, LiveWinz’s total liability to you in relation to any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount of the cleared funds in your Account directly related to the matter in dispute, or such other amount as may be required by Applicable Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveWinz, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the services.
- Your violation of Applicable Law or the rights of any third party.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity carried out through your Account.
- Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute caused by your acts or omissions.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws specified by LiveWinz in the applicable legal notice, subject always to any mandatory rights provided by consumer protection law and any non-excludable legal requirements in the jurisdiction where the player resides or accesses the services.
Because gambling law in Canada is shaped by the Criminal Code and provincial conduct-and-manage frameworks, LiveWinz may apply province-specific rules, restrictions, or compliance measures depending on where a player is located. Where a local regulatory requirement, provincial standard, or mandatory legal provision conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory local requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
21. Amendments
LiveWinz may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, security, commercial, or customer service reasons. The latest version will be made available on the website and will take effect from the stated effective date.
Where legally required, LiveWinz will provide notice of material changes by website notice, email, in-account message, or another reasonable method. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. If you continue to use the services after updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and LiveWinz concerning your use of the services and supersede any previous understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
